How to Make An Appointment:

To make a bookings or enquiry:

• Leave Alison a message via the contact form
• Order and pay for your consultation through our online store

With all correspondence, please include your name, the service you are interested in and the day/time you would prefer (if known). Alison endeavors to return your contact inquires within the same day where possible and can advise you of the most suitable appointment time based on your needs and availability.

Locations:

Wellness Path services are available in person, via Skype/phone or may be available as distance healing.

In Person / In Clinic

Face-to-face consults are currently offered  on Wednesdays, 10am-5pm and some weekends 9am – 1pm @ The Organic Merchant Store, 5/321 Charman Road, Cheltenham, VIC, 3192.

Off street parking is available on Barker St or Maude St, Cheltenham and the location is also easily accessed via public transport with bus stops outside door and Cheltenham Train Station a short walk away.

The Organic Merchant Store is a full-service health food store, providing you with the finest selection of organic health food, products and clinic services for you health and well-being in the local Bayside community.

Skype/Phone Consultations

Skype/Phone consults are available after hours on weekdays Mon-Fri from 7pm – 9pm, or Sat-Sun 9am – 1pm

• Skype or phone consultations are a great way to start your transformational health journey, all in the privacy and comfort of your own home.
• Skype consults work well for people with busy schedules or for who travel may be a problem and allows us to connect and work on your healing journey from anywhere in Australia.
• Being able to attend your session from home can also  contribute to a relaxed mind-set – meaning you are automatically more open to positive suggestion and implementing big changes in your life.
• Skype is the preferred method of communication over phone calls, as it is free for both parties, otherwise the client must initiate the phone call at the scheduled time.
• When making your booking, please provide your Skype name or phone number so I can add you to my directory and record my details to do the same.

Suitable consultation types for Skype may include:

• Acute Naturopathic Consultations (for self-limiting conditions)
• Follow-Up Naturopathic Consultations (depending on individual case history)
• Flower Essence Consultations
• Mineral Therapy Consultations

Distance Healing

• Similar to the benefits of a Skype or phone consultation, distance healing allows you experience all the benefits of Reiki or Seichim Healing from the comfort of your own home.
• Distance Healing can be provided in real time, at a scheduled time of your choosing. To facilitate the healing, I create a calm and meditative space where I am free of distractions. For best results I ask my clients to do the same, setting aside 30-60 minutes for quiet rest and relaxation to receive the healing.
• Distance healing is also available via call-in method of healing (Chi Ball) whereby you may receive the healing whenever and wherever you are ready.

Payments:

All consultation services completed via Skype/Phone and Distance Healing must be paid in full before your session and may be paid via Paypal. You will be provided with a Paypal invoice to the email address of your choosing prior to your appointment.

Notifications:

2 days prior to your appointment you will be receive a reminder email for confirmation. Providing confirmation informs Wellness Path of your intention and commitment to your appointment.

Cancellation Policy:

24 hour notice is required for all cancellations, as this is the amount of time required to re-book the appointment from our waiting list.  Cancellation of less than 24 hours notice, or failing to show for a scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. For all prepaid appointments, the difference between your full or partial payment and the cancellation fee will will be refunded to you via your nominated Credit Card or Paypal address. Emergency appointment changes are handled on a case-by-case basis.
